If you need to contact a health professional outside normal surgery hours (evenings, weekends or bank holidays) – you need to phone Primecare on: 0330 123 9309

You will be put through to staff trained in making sure you receive the right sort of help quickly.

You may be asked to travel to the hospital or Primecare Centre if you are fit to do so.

This number is for urgent problems, please do not use it for routine matters or prescriptions.
