About The Report

All the staff at Moorfield House Surgery strive to provide an ever improving service for our patients.

In order to do this, the Surgery has established a Local Patient Participation Group. The purpose of the group is to ensure that patients are involved in decisions about the range and quality of services provided by the Practice.

The Practice has published a report to inform all patients of the work involved in establishing this group, and engaging with the patient population for their views and ideas.
