All patients wishing to register will need to live within the city boundaries. A receptionist will be able to advise you on our practice boundary.
If you wish to register you will need to make an appointment to come into surgery. This can be done at any site: Moorfield House, Aylestone Hill or Ross Road.
The appointment will be booked with our Health Care Assistant who will perform a health check and register you. This will enable you to meet and discuss any particular health problems or worries.
Once you have registered you will have registered with the practice rather than an individual doctor.
