the appointment system

We operate a varied appointments system to try and meet the needs of all our patients.

3 week pre-bookables

2 week pre-bookables

If you know in advance that you are going to need to see your GP then you can book one of these slots up to two weeks ahead. More of these appointments are released each day.

24 hour pre-bookables

More appointments are available from 2pm the day before and more are released on the day.

on day appointments

Each day we release appointments at 8am, if you need to see a GP today please contact us after this time. The earlier in the day you can telephone the more choice you will have regarding the time of your appointment.

We would like you to see your usual Doctor whenever possible. But if your appointment is urgent and you cannot wait you will be offered an alternative appointment with a suitable GP or nurse practitioner.

Some of our consulting rooms are upstairs. Please inform our receptionist when booking an appointment if you need a downstairs room.

missed appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as quickly as possible so that it can be offered to someone else. It is very easy to cancel your appointment online.
