Booking Appointments With Nurses

You can book an appointment at any of our three surgeries, Moorfield House, Aylestone Hill or Ross Road.

You can book in a variety of different ways:

1. In person - at reception at any surgery. Reception is open 8am-7pm at Moorfield House and 8am-6:30pm at Aylestone Hill and Ross Road.

2. Telephone any of our branches and one of our receptionists will be more than happy to make an appointment for you. (Please telephone as soon as possible after 8.00am.)

Moorfield House Surgery now run an extended hours service. These take place one Saturday per month 8am -1pm and two Tuesday evenings a month 6.30pm - 9pm. All appointments are pre-bookable and the GP appointments can be booked online.

If all appointments are booked at the branch surgeries you will be offered one at Moorfield House.

Some of our consulting rooms are upstairs. Please inform our receptionist when booking an appointment if you need a downstairs room.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as quickly as possible so that it can be offered to someone else. It is very easy to cancel your appointment online.
