Moorfield House Surgery is an old established practice in the city of Hereford which operates from three sites - Moorfield House, Aylestone Hill Surgery and Ross Road Surgery. The practice is under PMS contract to the NHS through the Primary Care Trust, Hereford.

We offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for children and pregnant women, and chronic diseases and patients needing minor surgery. At Moorfield House we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel it is important you know who you are speaking to, so our practice staff wear a name badge and identify themselves on the telephone.			> EMIS Access. Moorfield House is a training practice. This means hospital doctors wanting to enter general practice spend six to twelve months with us in order to gain the experience they need to become family doctors.
